Spring Planting
Spring planting begins early in February at Flowers by Sleeman. Over 50 years of experience and 4 generations have proved to be of use in the coordinating and planning for Spring and Summer plants. Winter weather brings cold temperatures, and limited daylight. Our greenhouses shelter and protect our budding plants. Ensuring they stay warm.
Growing
Month after month we tend to our plants. We keep close watch over their progress. Water them every day. From seeds to buds, transplanting to larger pots allowing them to grow. As spring approaches and the sun begins to peek through the clouds, we start to see full greens and colors in bloom.
We create beautiful hanging baskets and planters in various size, colors and varieties. Annual flowers and grasses along with perennials are available from the greenhouse beginning in April.
